Return Policy
Products are refundable within the first 15 days
(if not, a 20% restocking fee will be charged) from the date of purchase. Product must be returned in their original box/packaging and not used. Returns that are sent to us without the proper RA# Number or without their original box/pakage will be refused. Please contact Customer Service to receive Return Authorization prior to making your item to receive a refund.
Appliances may be returned to the manufacturer directly. We make sure all products are not defective before they are shipped out to ensure client satisfaction. All products come with all manufacturer warranties.
Bionaza only offers merchandise of the finest quality. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases and we want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise (see Return Procedure). At your request, we will:
Replace or exchange the merchandise (you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways), or
Credit the purchase price to your credit card account (or issue a refund check only if your payment was by a method other than credit card). Please note: We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Shipping Policy
We offer three methods for shipping your orders from Studio24 Cosmetics:
1. Ground Shipping - 2 to 7 business days (Includes 1 day for processing)
2. 2nd Day Shipping - 2 to 3 business days (includes 1 day for processing)
3. Next Day Shipping - 1 to 2 business days (includes 1 day for processing)
Please keep in mind that our shipping partners (UPS, USPS) are closed on weekends and national holidays. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or national holidays. It will take little more time if we don't have them in stock at that time. Studio24 Cosmetics offer free shipping on orders over $75 to continental U.S and over $100 to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.
